My journey of practicing yoga continues to evolve. I started practicing restorative yoga five years ago after attending a Vinyasa flow class at COIL Yoga. I realized I needed reset my nervous system and learn how to breathe. The more I practiced, the more I realized the positive benefits I was feeling in my mind and body. I obtained my 200 YTT through COIL Yoga in 2020. I believe learning how to breathe through the poses is key. I am excited to share my experience in this beginning level Gentle Slow Flow. Mind and body are one, and we can learn how to bring them together one breath at a time.
