COIL YOGA offers a wide variety of Yoga styles and instruction at all levels... from beginning students to advanced practitioners. COIL is not a “style” of Yoga but rather an acronym for CONSCIOUS, OPEN, INTEGRATED, LIVING. We strive to show our students how to make yoga portable in daily life, how to make creative adjustments at our mental, physical and emotional boundaries so that we can become more flexible and resilient.

  • Your practice begins when you walk in the door.
  • Arrive 10 minutes before class to register.
  • Avoid eating heavy meals 1-2 hours before practicing Yoga.
  • We suggest you wear fitted, comfortable clothing for class..
  • Please turn off all cell phones and other electronic devices while in the studio.
  • Avoid wearing colognes or perfumes to class.
  • Yoga mats are available for rental or purchase.
  • We encourage you to purchase your own mat for hygienic reasons.
  • Please keep the studio and props neat and organized for other students.
  • All classes are subject to change and cancellation.
