Almost everyone can find something that fits their needs so long as they are open to exploration. COIL YOGA instructors are dedicated to teaching with integrity, compassion and professionalism.   • Your practice begins when you walk in the door
  • Arrive 10 Minutes before class to register
  • Avoid eating heavy meals 1-2 hours before practicing Yoga.
  • We suggest you wear fitted comfortable clothing for class.
  • Please turn off all cell phones and other electronic devices while in the studio
  • Avoid wearing\ colognes or perfumes to class
  • Yoga mats are available for rental or purchase.
  • We encourage you to purchase your own mat for hygienic reasons.
  • Please keep the studio and props neat and organized for other students.
  • All classes are subject to change and cancellation.
